I took my E-350 camper van here for transmission problems, and they found many more complicated underlining electrical issues causing my transmission to break apart. The problem involved lots of effort and attention but Ross found the main culprit. After receiving it back, many electronics work that previously didn't, and it runs very smooth unlike before. I've taken my 2005 diesel van here many times. The initial discussion was to bullet proof but after some much needed repairs, the van has been running great with no issues and currently no need to bullet proof. Ross and the team are very professional, responsive, and transparent with timing and price. They've never tried to upsell me or offer services that aren't needed. I will continue to bring my van here and refer people as much as I can!

I brought my 1980 FJ40 in to Ross at Tip Top Transmission for work on my transfer case, transmission, engine and carb, suspension, steering, electrical and other small needs. It was a big job and they handled it great. Ross, Mike and their crew did an amazing job making sure I got exactly what I wanted. They maintained keeping the costs down by doing what was needed to my FJ while ensuring we stuck to OEM guidelines as much as possible. Ross kept me updated and was always upfront and honest as he kept to our plan of how we would get my FJ back on the road. She runs great now, smooth as she could be. I brought my Subaru in because the transmission was having problems. After evaluating, Ross called me and we discussed my options. We decided to replace the transmission. He was very thorough in describing the issues and my options. He never pressured me but he advised me. I went back to TTT and Ross when my engine started having issues. Ross and team once again saved the day. With new spark plugs and a few other adjustments, my beloved Subaru was running like new. Recently, I brought my daughters car into Ross, and he checked out a bunch of issues. He called me and was very honest about the situation. He suggested we not waste our money trying to patch this car back together. Some mechanics would probably have done some work on it even though it's a lost cause. Ross, suggested that it would be best not to spend our money on this car. I'm so thankful for his honesty and advice.

On my way home on the freeway, I noticed a change in how my steering was responding. I took the first exit available and pulled over. Sure enough, my tire was flat. I was lucky enough to be about 1/2 mile away from this place. I walked over and they were nice enough to drive over to my car to fill the tire so I could drive it over to their shop. AND they put my donut tire on for me all for NO COST. Thank you Mike & Nik! You all there truly were angels for me that day!
